How do you calculate sprint capacity?
For each person, take the working days in the sprint, subtract holidays and their days off, and multiply by the hours a day they can spend on sprint work (a workday minus meetings and other duties). Add everyone up.
How do I adjust velocity for vacations?
Scale the velocity of a sprint with everyone present by the share of capacity left: if leave and holidays take 24% of the hours, plan for about 76% of that velocity.
Where do I see who is away during a sprint in Jira?
