Simplify offers apps for Jira Cloud, Bitbucket Cloud, and Confluence Cloud based on the Atlassian Forge platform. We do not store or process any data on our systems.

Google Tasks Integration

For the Team Checklist for Jira plugin:

The plugin connects, with OAuth2 and only when a person chooses to, to that person’s own Google Tasks, so they can create, edit, complete, reorder and delete Google task lists and tasks from Jira. It requests access to Google Tasks and to the connected account’s email address and basic profile, and nothing else — it does not access Google Drive (a Drive link a user pastes into a task is kept as text in that task). The plugin stores the id of the task list attached to an issue, and its team checklists, in Atlassian’s Forge storage; it does not keep copies of Google tasks and does not send Google data to any third party. Data Access and Sharing

For the Team Checklist for Jira plugin:

We access Google API data only as necessary to provide the plugin’s features to the person using them. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is handled and stored on Atlassian’s systems.

For other plugins:

We do not access or share any data with third parties, except as required by law or for customer support services. All data interactions comply with relevant API policies and Atlassian’s security standards.

Our apps are built on the Atlassian Forge platform, which is designed to ensure the security of data stored and processed on their systems. We also ensure that our apps comply with Atlassian’s security and privacy policies.
