Documentation Excalidraw Diagrams & LaTeX Math for Confluence

Create, share, and collaborate on whiteboards and diagrams in Confluence. Simplify workflows and enhance team collaboration with reusable templates.
  • Install the plugin

  • In the dropdown menu "Apps," click on the "Excalidraw LaTeX Math" tab

  • Click the "Create a new scene" button and create your first scene

  • Add LaTeX Math code

LaTeX Math examples:

  • Binomial theorem

    (a+b)^n = \sum_{k=0}^{n} {n \choose k} a^{n-k}b^k
    
    
  • Derivative notation

    \frac{d}{dx} (x^2) = 2x
    
    
  • Piecewise function

    f(x) = \begin{cases} x^2 & x \geq 0 \ -x & x < 0 \end{cases}
    
    
  • Probability notation

  • Vector notation

Add a LaTeX Math.Create a scene.
  • Attach the created scene to a project space

  • Go to the space page and click on the "Excalidraw LaTeX Math" tab

  • Edit the scene positioning for a convenient view

  • Add a macro to the page
    To do this, enter the command "/excalidraw latex" on the page and select our plugin in the menu that appears

  • Click on the "edit" button
