  • Deadline Metrics: Overdue issues, upcoming due issues, unresolved issues, idle issues, long-duration issues, and issues without due dates.
  • Workflow Metrics: Status counts, reopened issues, churn rate, response time metrics, and cycle times.
  • Priority Metrics: Count of high, medium, and low-priority issues.
  • Complexity Metrics: Issues with subtasks, average subtasks per issue, high-complexity issues, and total subtasks.
  • Dependency Metrics: Blocking issues, blocked-by issues, total dependencies, and issue link types.
  • Resolution Metrics: Resolved issues, resolution types, average and total resolution times.
  • Trend Metrics: Completed issues by day, logged hours by day, and peak workdays.
  • Stress Flags: Indicators of high workload, critical deadlines, excessive complexity, frequent reopens, and SLA compliance thresholds.
  • Detailed Issue: Key, summary, issue type, status, timespent, priority, due dates, and related metrics.
  • Metadata: Analysis periods.
  • Workflow Stage Time: Detailed stage times for workflow analysis.

This data is processed exclusively within Atlassian Forge’s secure environment and is not stored or shared outside Jira Cloud.

For user convenience, our app includes a predefined set of default metrics that are enabled when the app is first installed. These metrics include:

Your Role Under GDPR

Our app primarily acts as a data processor under GDPR. All personal data processing is conducted on behalf of Atlassian or as directed by admins and users, using Atlassian's secure APIs and environment.

Admins and users act as data controllers when deciding which metrics to enable or process within the app. This ensures that the purpose and scope of data processing are defined by their actions, and our app executes these instructions accordingly.

For GDPR-related requests, such as access, rectification, or erasure, users should contact Atlassian directly. Atlassian will inform us if any action is required on our part, and we will comply promptly.

Your Rights Under GDPR

As a user, you have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: Users can view their reports on the global page in Jira.
  • Rectification: Users can update their Jira data directly through Atlassian interfaces.
